- Are we doing a holiday management appreciation gifts?
- Will we being doing a holiday season customer appreciation event? Do I need invitations or favors?
- Do we need to plan or implement any fall/holiday marketing campaigns?
- Do we want to do any marketing utilizing fall sports teams (basketball/ice hockey)?
- What are we doing to stay in touch with our current and past customers?
It seems like a lot until you break it down. Simple bullet points will do. Once you break it down, you can plan it out. Starting simple doesn’t mean you can’t make your holiday plans extravagant, but its a heck of a lot easier to add more later than navigate through a self-created whirlwind. And remember, have fun!
